Q: Can I place a sample order first?
A: Yes, sample order and trial order are welcome to test and check
quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T full payment in advance for order quantity less than 5000
sets.
For order qty over 5000 sets, T/T 30% as deposit, and rest before
delivery.
We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you
pay the balance.
Q: What is the packing?
A: Well, we pack it in neutral cartons. Customized packing is
available as well, there's MOQ for customized packing.
Q: Can I put my logo on the Product and Package?
A: Yes, ODM and OEM are available. We will stick lables for small
order, and print for mass production.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: Sample order will take 1-3 days, mass production will take 1-2
weeks for the order quantity more than 100K pieces.
Q: What's the shipment?
A: For smalle orders and samples, we suggest to ship by express
like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, which will take around 2-7 days to
arrive. For big orders, it is cheaper to ship by sea.
